Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all drill bits, batteries, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned tool for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
